33rd Naliyagan Festival opening

IN PHOTOS | One of the major highlights during the 33rd Naliyagan Festival opening on June 12, 2025 is the launch of the "ArtSurnon," an art exhibit that showcases the rich creativity, talent, and cultural expressions of Agusanon artists.

The exhibit features a diverse collection of visual artworks, traditional crafts, and contemporary pieces that reflect the heritage, identity, and aspirations of the people of Agusan del Sur. 

"ArtSurnon" serves not only as a platform for artistic appreciation, but also as a celebration of the province’s thriving local art scenes. (KKG, PIA Agusan del Sur)

With her are Governor Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante and Deputy Director-General for Regional Operations Adolfo Ares P. Gutierrez of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA). PRA award honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to climate action, disaster risk reduction, and community resilience. Suyo’s leadership and innovative work have had a profound impact on Agusan del Norte, transforming the province into a model of disaster preparedness and climate resilience.
