DTI, FSUU, officially open P150M Shared Service Facility for Caraga MSMEs

IN PHOTO | Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Caraga Regional Director Gay A. Tidalgo, Reverend Father Randy Jasper C. Odchigue, university president of Father Saturnino Urios University, officially launched their new shared service facility (SSF) named FSUU MIRACLE, in a ceremonial ribbon-cutting on July 13, 2026.
The SSF is a joint venture of the DTI Caraga and FSUU as DTI's cooperator. The project officially named as FSUU MIRACLE (Modern Implementation for Revolutionizing Advanced Cutting-edge Layout and Excellent Printing Solution), will provide local businesses with affordable access to packaging design, label development, commercial printing, among others. During the Inter-Agency Visitation of Indigenous Cultural Communities/IPs in Brgy. Salug, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur, MGen. Maurito Licudine, commander of 402nd Brigade, Philippine Army emphasized that the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) is enhanced and geared up to better provide the programs and projects that would directly address the needs of the different sectors in the localities.   During today's RTF-ELCAC Cluster Conference cum Integration and Convergence of Related Clusters held at Balanghai Hotel, Butuan City, Estella Vallespin, LGOO-II of DILG-Caraga presented the ongoing efforts of the Strategic Communications Cluster chaired by the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga in the fight against insugency.
