With her are Governor Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante and Deputy Director-General for Regional Operations Adolfo Ares P. Gutierrez of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA). PRA award honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to climate action, disaster risk reduction, and community resilience. Suyo’s leadership and innovative work have had a profound impact on Agusan del Norte, transforming the province into a model of disaster preparedness and climate resilience.
