Councils for children's protection in Surigao Norte, convene

IN PHOTO | During the joint 3rd quarter meeting of the Surigao del Norte Provincial Council for the Protection of Children (PCPC) and the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking – Violence Against Women and Children (IACAT-VAWC) on Oct. 10, 2025 at the Dangpanan Center, Surigao City.
