IN PHOTOS | Governor Santiago B. Cane Jr. announced that women and children's desks have been set up to provide assistance and ensure the safety and security of every AgSurnon throughout the weeklong celebration of the 33rd Naliyagan Festival during a press conference on June 12, 2025.

These dedicated help desks, manned by trained personnel from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) and the Philippine National Police (PNP), aim to address concerns related to the welfare, protection, and rights of women and children who are attending the festivities.
