2nd Quarter Meeting of the Regional Nutrition Technical Working Group (RNTWG)

IN PHOTOS | The National Nutrition Council (NNC) Caraga led the 2nd quarter meeting of the Regional Nutrition Technical Working Group (RNTWG), at the Amarah Hotel Function Hall, Butuan City. 

Representatives from various government agencies actively participated in the discussions, reaffirming their commitment to improving the region’s nutritional outcomes. 

Dr. Niño Archie S. Labordo, regional nutrition program coordinator of NNC Caraga, expressed gratitude to the participants from the different government agencies. 

The inter-agency meeting focused on several key agenda items critical to advancing nutrition programs in Caraga: 1) Presentation of Nutritional Status and Analysis of School-Aged Children (2023–2024) Updates on the nutritional trends among school-aged children were presented; 2) Kadiwa Program; and 3) 2025 Nutrition Month celebration, including preparations and proposed activities for the upcoming observance.
