IN PHOTOS | The member agencies of the Regional Committee for the Welfare of Children (RCWC) chaired by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga convened on May 2, 2025 at the Paula's Haven in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte for the finalization of the Regional Plan of Action for Children (RPAC) - Assessment and Realignment to the National Plan of Action for Children (NPAC).
