IN PHOTO | "Brigada Eskwela started back in 2008 and has been institutionalized. It aims to encourage both internal and external stakeholders to help prepare our schools so students are ready for the start of classes," recalled Domingo C. Nolora III, Division Brigada Eskwela Program coordinator of the Department of Education (DepEd) Butuan City Division during the Kapihan sa PIA, held on May 23, 2025 at the Division Office in Butuan City.

"The kick-off of Brigada Eskwela will be on June 9, 2025. It will be a week-long preparation period for schools, marking the official implementation of the Brigada Eskwela activities," he added.

He also clarified that participation is purely voluntary and encouraged everyone to support the initiative. (KKG, PIA Agusan del Sur)
