Malazarte, multi-media specialist of Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga demonstrated how to properly utilize the DSLR camera, including mobile phones [in taking quality photos] to participating personnel of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue Region No. 17, during the training on Photojournalism and Social Media Management on April 25, 2025, at the BIR Document Processing Center in Brgy. Doongan, Butuan City. 

He also shared tips on how to make the social media platforms more useful (informative), engaging, and relevant to the netizens.
