This is in line with this year's 123rd Labor Day celebration with the theme, “Manggagawang Pilipino, Kaagapay sa Pag-unlad, Sandigan ng Mas Matatag na Bagong Pilipinas.”

Joining Dir. Balais are Board Secretary VI Earl Dela Victoria of Regional Tripartite Wage and Productivity Board (RTWPB), and Engr. Christian Lee Jaguit, focal person of Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) Caraga.
