As a solo parent herself, she said she has been availing of the benefits such as the 10 percent discount in food and fare/transportation.

"We should be able to enjoy the benefits for the solo parents. We might be solo yet we are strong and we soar high because we are given the wings to fly high," she said. (JPG, PIA Caraga)
