The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

IN PHOTOS | The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Caraga and Philippine National Police (PNP) - Police Regional Office 13 was witnessed by the different participating sectors during the recently held kick-off celebration of the 2024 National Human Rights Consciousness Week at SM City Butuan.

This MOU aims to strengthen the human rights endeavors and gear up efforts towards promoting human rights especially in the academe sector.

The two agencies were represented by Atty. Aurora Luanne Cembrano-Ramos, regional director of CHR Caraga, and Police Colonel Restituto Lacano Jr., deputy regional director for operations of PRO-13. (JPG, PIA-Caraga)
