IN PHOTO | Atty. Aurora Luanne Cembrano-Ramos, regional director of the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Caraga, revealed that for the year 2024 alone, most of the cases investigated by the CHR involved cases on red-tagging, violence against women and their children (VAWC) and other abuses to the children sector.
