Run After Contributions Evaders (RACE) Campaign

IN PHOTOS | In line with the Run After Contributions Evaders (RACE) Campaign of Social Security System (SSS), the SSS-Butuan City Branch led by Branch Head Perkins Calixto, together with his team visited on October 25, 2024, the various business establishments to remind them through a show cause order stipulating the details of their obligations.

The RACE campaign aims for delinquent employers to address their deficiencies and comply with their obligations.

Calixto explained that the delinquent establishments are issued notices of violations due to unregistered employees, non-remittance of contributions, under-reporting of employees, and employees who were deducted from contributions but failed to remit it to SSS.

The branch head also emphasized that SSS will file legal cases against erring establishments that fail to take action within the 15-day period for violation of the Social Security Act of 2018. (JPG, PIA-Caraga)
