HEALTHY SENIOR CITIZEN
IN PHOTO | Dr. Karen Mar C. Durac of the Department of Health – Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) Caraga shared some tips on how a senior citizen can live healthy and longer.
"Eating healthy food and having enough rest and sleep are needed for the elderly to live longer and holistically healthy," Dr. Daruc said.
