Juanite of the Office of the Provincial Governor (PGO) - Substance Use Recovery and Enlightenment (SURE) Program, highlighted their significant accomplishment in the campaign against illegal drugs, and the interventions provided to the persons who use drugs (PWUDs), during a courtesy visit by the personnel from the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) - Agusan del Sur Government Information Center.

"The office's mandate is to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of treatment and rehabilitation for PWUDs, while also providing awareness and enlightenment to the people of Agusan del Sur to keep them away from illegal drugs," Juanite said.

She further emphasized that the program’s greatest achievement has been the dedication of many PWUDs who have successfully graduated from the treatment process, with the assurance that the government is committed to supporting their recovery and providing livelihood opportunities after completing the program.
