IN PHOTOS | In his welcome message during the 1st Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) cum 2024 AgSOAR Awards on October 4 at the covered court, D.O. Plaza Government Center, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, Gov. Santiago Cane Jr., expressed his respect and salutation to all the local chief executives, uniformed men and women, awardees, and guests, and stressed that each one pay a vital role in ensuring a safe place for everyone.

"I think this is the only province in the region that holds this kind of event and gathers stakeholders to recognize their efforts that contributed to the peaceful condition of the province and its people, especially the men and women in uniform. As we come together and celebrate under the theme, “Building Resilient Communities: Strengthening Peace and Order Through Unity and Innovation,” let's take a moment to reflect on what this means to one of us," he said.
