IN PHOTO | Rodelyn Mandag, a former rebel who surrendered in Agusan del Norte’s 29th Infantry Battalion is one of the former rebels who received a housing unit and other assistance from the government. She is now one of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU) members, serving the community and the government.

“My family expresses gratitude to the government, especially to the province of Agusan del Norte for giving us the chance to live a peaceful, happy and bountiful life,” said Mandag. (NCLM, PIA-Agusan del Norte)
