“I am thankful to Gov. Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante of Agusan del Norte who continues to help former rebels (FRs).  She helps and provides our needs and even pays regular visit to us, even during our living at the halfway house of the province,” said Polinar during the media orientation facilitated by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU), in partnership with the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga in Butuan City on September 5, 2024.
