IN PHOTOS | Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Caraga Director Liza Mazo, who also chairs the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC), acknowledged the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) for its services to the general public, as it deploys staff to the N/RDRRMC for coordination, monitoring, and dissemination of weather and disaster response alerts through text blasts, social media, and mainstream media during weather disturbances.
