On behalf of Atty. Juan Miguel Cuna, undersecretary for Field Operations of DENR, regional director Atty. Felix Alicer of DENR-Caraga relayed his message during today's celebration of Agusan Marsh Platinum Anniversary National Conference held in Butuan City. USec. Cuna emphasized that Agusan Marsh should be given due attention for further wetland conservation and development. "We should start creating meaningful partnerships with various stakeholders and doing initiatives not only for Agusan Marsh but also of other wetlands in the country," he said.
