Department of Education (DepEd) Caraga Regional Director Dr. Biatriz G. Torno, during the plenary session of the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) on November 17, 2017 held at the gymnasium of Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, said that the RSPC in Caraga is a replica of the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit that is being hosted by the Philippines.
