The National Commission
for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) holds a Call for Project Proposals 2017 press

National Commission for
Culture and the Arts chief admin and finance Susan Dayao recognizes the support
of Philippine Information Agency Caraga in its call for project proposals
during a Call for Project Proposals 2017 press conference held in Butuan city
on August 31, 2016. She also acknowledges the role of media partners in the

Dr. Ma. Teresa Baylon,
Execon member of National Committee on Library and Information Services (NCLIS)
discloses that the National Commission for Culture and the Arts has allocated
P33,400,000.00 for different projects in Mindanao alone during a Call for
Project Proposals 2017 press conference held in Butuan city on August 31, 2016.
She also said that it is high time to grab the opportunity to avail of the
funding and be utilized to help save the environment and preservation of

Roel Hoang Manipon, managing editor of Agung,
the official newsletter of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts
said that culture and the arts are vital in nation building during a Call for
Project Proposals 2017 press conference held in Butuan city on August 31, 2016.
It is believed that Filipinos are artistically rich but need funding support to
