More than 15k tricycle drivers in Caraga receive 5k fuel subsidy

IN PHOTO | Tricycle drivers from the six cities of Caraga region each received P5,000 on April 8, 2026, as cash relief assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga, to help lighten their burden amid rising fuel prices brought about by the ongoing Middle East crisis.

The cash relief assistance is funded from the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program of the DSWD which provides immediate financial and material aid to people facing emergencies. (NJGD, PIA Caraga)
