Communication is key: Caraga gov't IOs capacitated through communication planning training

IN PHOTO | The Department of Economy, Planning and Development (DEPDev) Caraga, secretariat of the Caraga Regional Development Council (RDC), convened the government information officers (IOs) for a three-day training on April 14-16, 2026 in Butuan City, centered on strategic communication planning.

Among the attendees were IOs from national government agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), and state universities and colleges (SUCs), highlighting their vital role in bridging the government and the public through information dissemination. (NJGD, PIA Caraga)
