Strengthening Caraga's emergency response through EOC training

IN PHOTO | The member-agencies of the Caraga Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) crafted their respective Emergency Operations Center (EOC) plans during their EOC training on March 23-25, 2026, organized by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Caraga.

Through the said training, DRRM focals gained the necessary knowledge on the flow of operations in an activated EOC, reinforcing coordination and preparedness for effective disaster response. (NJGD, PIA Caraga)
