OCD equips Caraga RDRRMC member-agencies with knowledge, skills on BICS

IN PHOTO | Thirty-two Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) focal persons from the different member-agencies of the Caraga Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC), underwent a series of classroom-type discussions and intense workshops during their Basic Incident Command System (BICS) training held on March 17-19, 2026 in Butuan City.

The training enriched the the participants' skills and knowledge in incident management which is vital for their roles in their respective agencies. OCD Caraga Regional Director Antonio B. Sugarol joined the BICS graduates in one of their sessions, emphasizing each member's crucial role in ensuring the success of DRRM operations. (NJGD, PIA Caraga)
