Deradicalization Training for Peace Advocates in Surigao Sur Marks Closing of First Batch, Opens Second Batch

IN PHOTO | Surigao del Sur holds today, November 20, 2025,  the closing program for the first batch and the opening program for the second batch of the Deradicalization Training for Peace Advocates,  also known as former rebels, who have returned to the fold of the government.

Participants of the first batch received assorted in-kind goods from the provincial government to support their reintegration into the community. Each also received immediate cash assistance of P10,000 last week. (NGPB, PIA Surigao del Sur)
