RCWC focals capacitated to reinforce advocacy toward child rights protection

IN PHOTO | The Caraga Regional Committee for the Welfare of Children (RCWC) conducted a 3-day capacity building for its member-agencies and partners from the private sector from August 26 to 28, 2025 in Butuan City.

The topics of the seminar shall be anchored on the theme, "Mainstreaming Children's Rights in Local Governance," highlighting the collective role of the members of the council in partnership with the local government units (LGUs) in safeguarding the rights of children and fostering a safer and more caring environment for them.
