DAR Secretary commences distribution of land titles and farm machineries to ARBs in Caraga

IN PHOTO | The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, together with Governor Santiago B. Cane Jr. of Agusan del Sur and Governor Nilo P. Demerey of the Province of Dinagat Islands, leads the ribbon-cutting to formally open the ceremonial distribution of E-Titles, Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROM), Land Acquisition and Distribution (LAD), Regular Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA), and the turnover of farm machineries and equipment (FMEs) to qualified agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) at the Naliyagan Grounds, Capitol Complex, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur on August 14, 2025.

As part of the program, Sec. Estrella personally tested a 4WD tractor and engaged in conversations with ARBs about the benefits of the newly provided equipment and support programs.(NJGD/PIA Caraga)
