2025 State of the Province Address (SOPA) of Surigao del Norte

IN PHOTO | The provincial and city department heads and councils, representatives from the national line agencies, non government organizations, and civil society organizations attended the 2025 State of the Province Address (SOPA) of Surigao del Norte Governor Robert Lyndon S. Barbers on July 21, 2025, at the provincial gymnasium in Surigao City.

Gov. Barbers reported the accomplishments of the provincial government over the past years, highlighting progress in infrastructure, health services, education, tourism, and disaster preparedness.

He also presented upcoming initiatives under his Ten-Point Agenda anchored on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Under his leadership, the governor assured to attend to the needs and well-being of every Surigaonon as the priority of the provincial government of Surigao del.Norte. (SDR, PIA Surigao del.Norte)
