DOT, PIA Caraga forge partnership in bringing FBSE to Caraga

IN PHOTO | The Department of Tourism (DOT) Caraga Director Ivonnie B. Dumadag, together with their Assistant Regional Director Tiara Julia M. Santos, paid a courtesy visit to PIA Caraga's Regional Head Venus L. Garcia on May 15, 2025 at the PIA Caraga regional office.

The primary agenda of the visit were for DOT to seek partnership with PIA in further promoting their brand campaign #LoveThePhilippines, and also to team-up in the roll-out of their Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) through conducting a series of FBSE trainings for the information officers and media partners in the entire region. As a result, both agencies agreed to schedule the first and second batch of FBSE training to take place by June 23 and 30, 2025. (NJGD, PIA Caraga)
