Sec. Benitez shared the latest development and the partnership with the city government of Butuan on the Deed of Usufruct for the construction of the TESDA Regional Training and Assessment Center in Barangay Pigdaulan, and the TESDA Regional Office in Barangay Tiniwisan, all in Butuan City. (MFC, PIA-Caraga)

  To equip the enlisted privates of the 4th Civil-Military Operations (CMO) Battalion (4CMOBn), Philippine Army with the right knowledge and skills in basic journalism, the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga, facilitated the conduct of training on basic news writing and photo journalism to some 30 participants at the 4CMOBn Conference Room in Brgy. Bancasi, Butuan City.  As the resource speaker on basic news writing, Jennifer Gaitano, Information Officer III of PIA Caraga, discussed the important elements to consider when writing a news story. She also shared tips on how to effectively write a straight news.  #ExplainExplainExplain
