IN PHOTOS | During the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas town hall meeting on October 8, 2024, Regional Director Jose Eric Furia of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue Region 17, warned the public to avoid printing and using receipts or invoice without authority of the BIR.

"Printing of official receipt without authority of BIR, printing of double or multiple set of official receipts, printing of unnumbered and without your information such as Name/TIN/address, and/or printing of fraudulent official receipt have a penalty ranging from P500,000 to P10 million, plus  imprisonment of 6-10 years," he said.
