IN PHOTO | Atty. Wilben M. Mayor, undersecretary of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), delivered his message of support via audio visual presentation, during the media orientation on Sept. 5, 2024 spearheaded by OPAPRU, in partnership with the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga.

"Through the transformation program we are implementing simultaneously with our initiatives on Localized Peace Engagement (LPE). We have engaged 39 provinces nationwide to create their respective Transformation Program (TP) implementation plans that aim to positively transform former members of the Communist Party of the Philippines/New People's Army/National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF), their families, and communities," the undersecretary said.(Kelvin Kennt R.
