Maurito Licudine, and DILG Caraga regional director Lilibeth Famacion led the unveiling of the E-CLIP halfway houses constructed in Agusan del Sur and Surigao del Norte, during today's 4th Caraga RTF-ELCAC Meeting held in Bayugan City.

IN PHOTO | Erma Ranuco Suyo (standing), provincial government department head of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Agusan del Norte was named as one of the 2024 Women and Youth Champions of Resilience at the prestigious Philippine Resilience Awards (PRA). With her are Governor Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante and Deputy Director-General for Regional Operations Adolfo Ares P. Gutierrez of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA). PRA award honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to climate action, disaster risk reduction, and community resilience. Suyo’s leadership and innovative work have had a profound impact on Agusan del Norte, transforming the province into a model of disaster preparedness and climate resilience.
