Eleven high school students from the different regions of Mindanao participate in the Mindanao-wide ASEAN Quiz Bee held at the Abreeza Mall in Davao City on January 26, 2018. In his message during the Alternative Fuels and Energy Technologies Forum held in Bislig City on January 16, 2018, Bislig City Mayor Librado Navarro said that the advocacy campaign of the Department of Energy is very timely as the city is fast tracking its goal to be the center of organic agriculture in 2020, hence, the use also of alternative fuels as the best resource for a cleaner environment.
